Meet Our OB/GYN Service Providers

All six of our physicians see patients at the Andover Medical Center, in addition to our three other locations in Lawrence, Haverhill and Salem, New Hampshire. All of our physicians are Fellows of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), with the experience and special training to provide for a woman’s health care needs. Our team also includes four highly experienced nurse practitioners and a nurse midwife.

OUR PHYSICIANS:

Edwin C. Radke, MD, FACOG: Dr. Radke, a Dartmouth College graduate, earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Case Western University Hospital of Cleveland. As a Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Radke is fluent in German. He has been serving the women of our valley since 1995 and serves as the medical director of our practice. He enjoys running, hiking, traveling and spending time with his family.

Thomas E. Davidson, MD, FACOG: Dr. Davidson received his medical degree from Wayne State University Medical School in Michigan. He completed his residency at the University of Illinois as well as Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, where he won an Outstanding Achievement Award for laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Davidson is fluent in Spanish, has been serving our community since 1995, and currently serves as the chief of OB/GYN services at Lawrence General Hospital. When he’s not taking care of patients, Dr. Davidson enjoys cycling, skiing and his time with family.

Andrea B. Polonsky, MD, FACOG: Dr. Polonsky has a distinguished medical academic record, earning clinical honors in perinatal, newborn care, infertility, and endocrinology. During her residency at New England Medical Center she proved herself a leader serving as administrative chief resident and receiving the Teaching Award. Dr. Polonsky graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School and completed her postdoctoral work at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts University Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Polonsky has been serving our patients since 1995.

Elise E. Saks, MD, FACOG: Dr. Saks has been serving patients at Andover Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2003. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she received the Guilford Wilson Memorial Award for excellence in patient care. While a student, she took a special interest in working at a shelter for battered women and children, as well as in public health and education. She enjoys skiing, travel, literature and pursuits with her family.

Sarah B. Finch, DO, FACOG: Dr. Finch is a Clark University graduate and received her medical degree from the University of New England in Maine. She finished her residency in OB/GYN at Danbury Hospital, a Yale Medical School affiliated facility. She came to Andover Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2008. Dr. Finch enjoys cooking, reading and spending free time with her family and friends.

Sue Y. Kim, MD, FACOG: Dr. Kim received her undergraduate degree from Harvard and her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where she was an administrative chief resident, received several teaching awards, and earned the achievement award in laparoscopic surgery. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Kim joined our practice in 2009.

Abby Smith, MD:  Dr. Smith completed her undergraduate degree at Williams College in western Massachusetts, graduating magna cum laude. She went on to medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and stayed at the University of Rochester to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has practiced for the last 20 years in Roanoke, Virginia where she has raised her three sons. She is excited to return to her Massachusetts roots and to join Andover Obstetrics-Gynecology. Dr. Smith is board certified in Obstetrics-Gynecology and a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

OUR NURSE PRACTITIONERS:

Constance Breen, APRN, BC: Connie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Anselm College. She earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Connie has more than 35 years of nursing experience, with a focus on women’s health care, medical-surgical emergency and occupational health nursing. Connie is married with grown children and enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Michelle Young, APRN, BC: Michelle received her BS in Nursing from Saint Anselm College, and her Master of Science from Rivier College, both in New Hampshire. Michelle is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 14 years and has extensive nursing experience, focused on women’s health care. Michelle is married with two children and enjoys hiking, literature and her time with family.

Ann Cerami, CRM, MPH: Ann’s Bachelor’s degree in nursing is from Boston University. She earned her Certified Nursing-Midwifery degree from the State University of New York Downstate, along with a Master’s in Public Health from Hunter College. She has more than 30 years of maternal/child nursing experience and has been a midwife for more than 27 years. Ann is married with two sons, and she enjoys cooking, yard work, and outdoor activities with her family and friends.

Katerina Mooers, WHNP, BC: Katerina earned both a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master’s degree from Boston College. She is board Certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and has extensive nursing experience in women’s health care. Outside of work, Katerina enjoys free time with her family and friends.

Alexsis Walter, NP: Alexsis received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition-Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire, Durham NH. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Boston College, Boston MA. Alexsis has focused her education and work experience around women’s healthcare. Her specialties include vaginitis, contraception, adolescent gynecology, and first pelvic exams. Outside of work, Alexsis enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
